This 3-day live intensive training offered by IUMW in collaboration with Ascella Consulting provides lecturers, educators, speakers and trainers with a comprehensive foundation in effectively planning, designing, and conducting online instructor-led training in virtual classrooms that maximises learner engagement, energy, and motivation.
After completing this course, you will confidently understand the exact factors that make up online, blended and technology-enhanced learning, and the variety of approaches you need to improve student retention, engagement, and motivation.

Plan and conduct effective virtual training & teaching using accelerated learning techniques

Understand the technological requirements for video, audio, connectivity, and contingency plans to start conducting virtual training

Adjust and modify face-to-face training content and objectives to be effectively delivered in a virtual environment
